Guaranteed Product Delivery
We've all been there before. You put money in a vending machine and something goes wrong! Either the payment doesn't work or the snack gets caught. White Glove Vending machines all have 'Guaranteed Product Delivery' technology that ensures a smooth and pleasant interaction for customers. Our machines will attempt to deliver the product 3 times and if there are any issues, the payment automatically gets refunded immediately.

Real-Time Monitoring
White Glove Vending's backend management software allows us to take our client service to the next level with remote, real-time monitoring! We closely monitor in real-time the snacks and beverages that are most popular with your employees and customers. When we come each week to restock your machines, we already know ahead of time which items they were interested in. Plus, if an item(s) starts running low, we can come back just to restock those select products. With real-time monitoring, your vending machines are always well-stocked with the snacks and drinks you're craving! All of our free, high-performing machines are brand new. Should a malfunction ever occur, our real-time monitoring alerts us immediately. Our team of local technicians will be on the scene quickly to fix any problem.
